- Interested participants are expected to make a non-canon single post of one of their characters (PC or Plot Character only) giving a gift to someone during the event (either The Day of Merry or The King's Return).
- The single post must be in the reader's POV receiving the gift from the said character. Be creative as to why your character would give a gift to someone and who the reader is in the situation.
- The single post must take place in the forum's present time (270 P.C.E.).
- The single post is non-canon, so your character does not need to be affected by present events or relationships. However, they must still abide by the skill sets that were approved in their profile (e.g. your character will not suddenly be allowed to have time-warping magic or know how to shoot a gun if they didn't already know).
- All single post titles must include a subtitle/description indicating their character and the day of the event (e.g. Rory Veiller, The Day of Merry).
- Posts can be of any length, though, ideally, the word-length should not exceed 5000 words.
- Participants must upload their single post before March 3, 2021, 11:59 PM EST.
- Once the deadline has passed, there will be a one-week judging period where readers will vote on which male and female single posts they like most. If a reader likes a post, they must make a reply post with a "
" emoji on it. Readers are allowed to vote for ONE female and ONE male single post only. Readers must NOT post anything else aside from the emoji on their voted posts. - Voting will close on March 7, 2021, 11:59 PM EST. Votes will be tallied by the presiding administrator/moderator. The winner will be announced on March 14, 2021 (White Day).
- Winning characters will be declared this year's Fleur Elise and Alder Konig.
