Background: Throughout time, there have been tales of men and women rising to accomplish feats no normal human could possibly dream. In some of these fairy tales of old, however, is a common character; the Incantus Witch Eve, what appears as a young, frail girl with piercing eyes, who asks the protagonist in their time of need but one question.
"Doth thou desire power?" In these tales, they answer "yes" and are bestowed incredible strengths. Armies defeated, nations conquered, kingdoms formed, all followed by their rapid insanity and cruel death. These have become stories told to children, cautionary tales of what happens to those who throw away their morals for power, or sometimes as simply fairy tales of heroic sacrifice.
Personality: The stories rarely cover this incantus in detail, though there is mention of her emotionless stare, sometimes even of her inhuman lack of reaction to most things. It is unknown what, if anything, else comes from her mouth other than those four words, though she is sometimes described as a "seeker of power", sometimes by the narrator, sometimes self-described.
