Fēowertīne is young girl, standing 134.62 centimeters (or 4'5") and typically seen dressed in her favorite (or only) cloak, which is black with purple trim and always closed, and a pair of matching black boots.
Role: Observer
Background: A mysterious girl in the service of the Incantus Witch Eve, Fēowertīne is tasked with the observation of Heinrich Mills, a task she seems to take rather seriously considering how close she's following him.
Personality: At first glance, Fēowertīne has the personality of a brick; her expression is a rather monotonous one, and nothing seems to get her riled. Though willing to speak when spoken to, she seems more comfortable watching interactions off on the side. That's not to say however that she's a completely passive individual; though she prefers to watch and absorb all the information she can, in times of duress, she's more than capable of acting off what little she knows with a plan on the fly. Emphasis on little, though; as obvious of her age, Fēowertīne has little real world experience and is still trying to understand how things work, which unfortunately sets her up in positions where she suffers greatly for it (see: getting a cold from sleeping outside, hanging around Heinrich)
Hidden underneath that emotionless gaze and cold reasoning, however, is a rather sentimental girl, especially when it comes to the late Nigon and her journal which she carries with her everywhere. Fēowertīne values the people she knows, be it the other Observers or her Master, Eve. As such, she will do anything for them, and can easily be manipulated by that desire to do right by them into all sorts of things, as others will no doubt find out and abuse. As a side note, Fēowertīne is easily frustrated by things she doesn't understand, and while she will put up with being out of the loop, her frustration can cause her to occasionally break her usual character to be spiteful.
Weapons/Skills: Elemental Projectile: A basic carta spell, Fēowertīne can launch small projectiles of earth, fire, wind and water/ice (thus ruining the set up to a most metal in-joke). However, she needs access to the element she wishes to use, and the power behind it leaves something to be desired. While good for a sneak attack or as support, in a one-on-one situation with a capable foe, Fēowertīne stands no chance.
