An envoy from Sakigake has sent word to all the kingdoms that Emperor Mada Edonaga has extended a limited invitation to the people of Esterelf to visit Sakigake to participate in a traditional holiday. A translation of the original letter is attached below.
Each kingdom of Esterelf will be sending a diplomatic envoy to as well as appropriate accompaniment to attend this exceptionally rare occasion. As the envoy has requested that commoners are given a chance to attend, volunteers to attend the trip is attended to various guilds and institutions. However, as this is the first allowance the country of Sakigake has made in allowing foreign visitation since The Day of Meeting, an advance screening process will be put in place.
Anyone who wishes to visit the country must consent to a magically supported questioning and etiquette test to assure their loyalty to the crown and abstinence from any unruly backgrounds.
Those approved for visitation will be given a ticket and certificate which they must present to their affiliated country's political representative.

A letter to the Royals of Esterelf wrote:
Emperor Mada Edonaga expresses gratitude for visiting the country of Esterelf to participate in Unanimity Festival. It is tradition in Sakigake that one must extend the same as what is given to them. As such, the Emperor is allowing a limited visitation to the country of Sakigake to residents of Esterelf to witness their traditional celebration of Hoshiji Yuugi.
The boat escorting to Sakigake will arrive at the port of Saoirse in XX-XX-XXXX and leave at noon.
